Dice some chicken, cut up a bunch and I mean a bunch of veggies (cabbage, zucchini, squash, cauliflower, broccoli, celery, mushrooms, onions...I stay away from carrots, peas and artichokes). Heat your Wok up. Put some olive oil in it, cook the chicken. Cook the veggies. Add your favorite seasonings (I like Mrs. Dash). Add some sodium free soy sauce. Eat! Yum!
