Because you just need a treat sometimes...

I am craving something today, anything!! So I decided to get creative and adjust my favorite energy balls to fit my eating. I took these ingredients:
 And made these (I only had milk chocolate chips on hand. Next time dark chocolate is going in)...
They are good. Good enough for me.

Here is what I did:
1 cup oats
1 cup PB2 (just keep mixing the powder with water until you get enough to make the dough stick together)
Sprinkled some coconut in
Sprinkled some chocolate chips (well
Chloe did anyway) 
2 packets stevia

Combine until well mixed and dough will stick together. Rolled into balls and viola. I keep mine cold. I made about 20-22 balls. They end up being roughly 45 calories a ball. Sooo good.
