- "There is luck, maybe, bad or good. A slight inclination of each day toward success or failure. But no curses".
- "To really touch something, she is learning - the bark of a sycamore tree in the gardens; a pinned stag beetle in the Department of Entomology; the exquisitely polished interior of a scalp shell... - is to love it".

A bit of entertainment....
I came across a book of interest while visiting my in-laws this weekend. It piqued my interest. Why? Because 1) it is set in World War II; 2) I need something different for awhile; 3) it won a Pulitzer Prize; and 4) I am sure it meets a "2015 reading goal" requirements. I am only about 1/3 of the way through this book and can I just tell you I much I love it already!! "The Book Thief" always takes the lead in my world of books but this book is starting to come to the inside. We will have to see if it takes the lead. Super in love with it. Here is a couple of teasers for you. Once I am finished, I will reveal the book.
