For the guys

Okay boys, I am here to help with your Valentine needs. Here are a few things that most girls would love for Valentines. Buy want you can but do get her something.

1. If your favorite girl wants some new perfume, check out Ed Hardy. My personal favorite is the Skull and Roses. You can get it at Dillard's or Buckle or Amazon.

2. Is she begging for eyelash extensions? Check out your local beauty salon and get her a gift certificate. I LOOVE eyelash extensions but unfortunately I am terribly allergic to them. Super funny story of how my eyes puffed up for three days whenever I would get them redone.  I would look TERRIBLE. Totally sad :(. However, if extensions are outside your budget, I like this little set: 3D Moodstruck Fiber Lashes

3. To be honest you can NEVER go wrong getting her a pedicure. That's a great way for her to be pampered. If you live in my area, my good friend does great pedicures. Check her out on Facebook at "Just BeClaws".

4. Is she a book worm? I like fantasy/romance books. I really like Rebecca Ethington. Her Imdalind series is fantastic. In fact, I can hardly wait for the next book to come out. Can you say "up all night"?! Woot-woot!

5. Is she wanting to try out something new? If she isn't easily intimated give her three months at this place Crossfit Timpanogos. She may hate you OR she may really, really thank you. It's a stinking BLAST!

6. Does she want to slim down and lean up. Call Dana at Team THF. I have learned a ton about food and portion sizes and balance. Tell your sweetie to stop listening to the entire world and just do what Dana tells her to do. She will totally get to the goals she is wanting. Everyone has an opinion about fitness and nutrition and attacks will come from all corners about this. Just do EXACTLY what you are told and just ignore the world. She will feel so amazing.

7. Does she want new clothes or jewelry? My go to place.....? Maurices. Cutest clothes and best accessories.

8. Do you want something simple? Dinner and dessert are really, really nice. You just plan it. You know her. Don't ask her where she wants to go. Surprise her. It's better that way. Blue Lemon is Yummy and Rita's is soooo good for dessert.

9. If she likes to cook, sign her up for some cooking classes. Or buy her anything Rachel Ray. Seriously! So cute and fun to use when cooking.

10.  And just to complete the list off, couples' therapy :)  Just kidding.  Okay not really.  Therapy has been so great for my marriage and just me personally.  It has helped me view the world with completely different eyes.  It makes me really grateful for the life I get to live and it just quiets my very loud, rebellious spirit sometimes.  It allows my true soul to show and has given me the life I want to live.

I am sure I could keep going and going and going and going.  Hey, we are girls.  We are pretty easy to please, I think.  Now Guys? Guys are soooo HARD to buy for.  Good Luck!
